The Finished Board Automatic Double-Sided Laser Marking Machine is an automated equipment specially designed to engrave barcodes, QR codes, characters and other information on the surface of finished PCB boards (including FPC, aluminum substrates, ceramic substrates and various non-metallic plates) to realize full-process intelligent product traceability.
Integrated with automatic loading, visual positioning, double-sided laser marking, on-line inspection and automatic unloading, it completes the full workflow in one stop: automatic loading → visual positioning → double-sided marking → code reading & verification → automatic unloading. Permanent marks on both sides of the board can be finished in a single pass, thoroughly eliminating the low-efficiency mode of manual board flipping and separate single-sided marking in traditional processes.

Double-sided marking for finished boards: Load once, automatically flip the board, and complete laser engraving on both sides. Non-contact laser processing without mechanical compression reduces risks of board bending and scratches on copper traces.
UV / picosecond cold laser options are available, featuring minimal heat-affected zone to prevent substrate yellowing and carbonization, protect finished circuits and solder mask, and guarantee PCB electrical performance. Automatic code reading and verification after marking identifies defective codes and prevents mismatched information between front and reverse sides.
1. Supports automatic loading, unloading and board flipping. Laser marking on both sides of finished boards is completed with one-time loading to reduce manual intervention.
2. High-resolution camera positioning; X/Y axis positioning accuracy ±5μm, suitable for marking tiny QR codes and fine characters.
3. Optional 355nm / 532nm, nanosecond / picosecond lasers. Cold processing brings low thermal impact to protect circuits, solder mask and copper foil of finished boards.
4. Non-contact laser engraving; marks resist scrubbing, post-testing and cleaning processes for long-term traceability of finished boards.
5. Optional automatic code reading & grading function, data connection with MES/ERP system for defective code identification.
6. Linear motor drive, self-developed focusing and software system, supports DXF file import for quick and flexible product changeover.
7. Available for standalone use or integration into automatic production lines, compatible with rigid PCB, FPC, rigid-flex boards, ceramic substrates and various other finished plates.
