▍Equipment Introduction:
This special capacitor laser automatic welding workstation is an automated equipment customized by our company for the capacitor industry. It adopts a double-sided interactive feeding and welding design, and its structure includes a fixture platform conveyor mechanism, an automatic laser soldering system, a double-sided welding fixture automatic flipping mechanism, CCD camera positioning, temperature control, post weld detection system, and motion mechanism. It is mainly used for welding between capacitor cores and copper bars, electronic wires, copper foil strips, and metal films.

More time-saving: welding and quality inspection are integrated, saving manual inspection time and cost;
High efficiency: The soldering capacity is higher than traditional soldering iron soldering, and the soldering efficiency of different products can be as high as 5 times or more;
Good quality: The solder joints are round and full, without sharp or uneven spots. The temperature control function can prevent product burns, effectively avoiding the risks of virtual soldering and soldering.

Interactive feeding between the front and back sides allows for one-time batch welding of multiple special capacitor products;
This product requires double-sided welding, and the equipment is equipped with an automatic flipping control mechanism;
CCD visual alignment+solder joint detection: CCD camera captures the position of the solder pad before welding, and CCD detects the quality of the solder joint after welding;
The sophisticated digital temperature control function ensures that the welding point temperature is within the set welding temperature range, preventing damage to the welding pad and components due to excessive temperature.
During the soldering process of the system, there is no contact with the workpiece, no contact stress, and no static electricity generated.
